Privacy Policy
Kevin Bailey Team (eXp Realty) ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites and services, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Contact information you provide (name, email, phone, mailing address) when you submit a form, request a valuation, schedule a showing or consultation, or contact us; property information related to your inquiry; call recordings and transcripts when you contact us by phone, including through our AI-assisted call system; standard website usage data via analytics tools.
How We Use It
To respond to inquiries; schedule appointments, showings, and consultations; follow up on referrals, valuations, and listings; improve our websites and services.
Who We Share It With
Service providers who help us operate: Follow Up Boss (CRM), our AI voice assistant provider, our telephony provider, Google (scheduling), and our hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. As an eXp Realty affiliated agent, information may also be shared with eXp Realty as required by our brokerage relationship.
Communications
By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you may receive calls and texts from us, including by automated means — see our TCPA consent notice. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
Analytics & Advertising
We use two measurement tools across our sites: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. They tell us which pages people actually read, which tools get used, and which ads brought someone here — counts and patterns, not profiles we build about you. What they collect is usage data: pages viewed, roughly where in the country you are, what device and browser you used, and cookies or similar identifiers that let them recognize a returning visit. We never send them your name, email, phone number, or property address, and we do not sell your personal information. The Meta pixel also lets us show ads to people who have visited our sites. If you would rather not be counted: Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, you can adjust ad settings in your Meta account under Ad Preferences, and your browser's own controls for blocking cookies work on both. Being honest about Do Not Track: your browser can send that signal, but there is no agreed standard for what a site must do with it, and we do not currently change our behavior based on it — the opt-outs above are the ones that actually work.
Your Choices
Contact us to ask what information we have, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed real estate professional.
